I figured I would ask GFY before creating one of my own. :winkwink: Does anyone have a word document or something which explains to a programmer basic terminology is in porn?

IE.

What is a Sponsor?
What is console free link?
What is a wm referral?

My guy can code his balls off and he understands English well. Just has no idea how porn works and I hate explaining everything.

Outsourcing
When you can't do the job yourself, you hire someone else to do it. This is outsourcing. There are many reasons to outsource and cost cutting is but one. Sometimes people outsource because they aren't proficient enough to perform the task at hand. Others outsource because they're too busy with other matters. If you hire someone else to do a job and you pay them little or no money for hard work, then that's bad outsourcing.
