Which Backup Processor - Paycom or Verotel?
Hey im adding a second processor to my site so I can catch all the declines made by CCbill, who Im currently processing with. Infact since my current processing rates with CCBill are so high i might actually use the new one as my primary procesor if they are cheaper.
Im debating between Paycom and Verotel, each of which has its plus points Paycom - Accept Switch and Solo which would open a whole new market of customers in the UK. anyone have any feedback on this? Verotel - Multi currency billing (nice touch), European Direct Debit. Or is there anyne else i should consider that offers all of the above in one package? Any info on this matter would be a huge help.eg. how do tehy compare in service, pricing etc. cheers |
I think Paycom and then as you grow add Verotel as well.
|
Personally I'd suggest you use both ... ccbill primary then fail over (technically or through support) to paycom ... then use verotel primarily for u'r EU traffic

@synapse
To be honest, we are not interested in being someones backup processor number nineteen but if you have European traffic you should definitely give us a try! We process credit cards of all major European countries and offer Direct Debit payment for Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Switzerland as well. All web forms implement a Geo-Targeting system which automatically offers your surfers an appropriate language. The display of the prices of your products and services can be configured to be shown in many different currencies, making it possible for your customers to pay in their own, familiar local currency. Please contact me via email or ICQ if you have further questions. regards |

You should not limit yourself to only 1, 2 or even 3 ways of getting paid. Use at least 2 - 3 credit card processors in a cascade, add a solid check processor for the US markets, declined cards or check transactions you should send to either Chargemelater.com or 123Bill.com - add a telephone billing option for those surfers that prefer that, direct debit solutions for EU market and so on...
- in general, OPTIMIZE OPTIMIZE OPTIMIZE! :thumbsup |

Paycom - its a no brainer.... i read threads about verotel going out of business at least once a week.... Paycom is stellar and not going anywhere.

Netbilling is one of the best for US Merchants !
|
Paycom :thumbsup
|
If it was me, I would use Paycom. Best a combination of CCBill and Paycom if possible.
Maybe even a merchant account, which however can bare many risks with it. |

Segpay has no relationship to iBill. A small group of us at SegPay did work at iBill at one time or another. We wanted to stay in the industry and continue working at an IPSP. That is the only tie back to iBill. None of us had any ownership in the company. This seems to be a common theme coming from you so if you would contact me I would be happy to talk to you personally to clear this up. |
