Bought an apartment in Prague

Nothing too grand as we will only use it for castings and quick shoots, but it will be handy and make it easier than renting apartments for a few days.

Anyone how needs to use it hit me up on ICQ.

Will keep it a year and then change to another one. Property in Prague is a good investment.

Did you have a hard time purchasing? I know an American living there who's been wading through paper work for over a year now.

Fred Quimby 08-22-2005 07:52 AM

Paul could've bought it either through his company or through his wife, to avoid the excessive paperwork. Not sure the American you're talking about had these options.

EroticySteve 08-22-2005 07:56 AM

Cool lil place. That fridge is very small. Can't hold much beer in there. :)

Forest 08-22-2005 07:58 AM

I think if you pay cash it's much easier but he needs to finance it. Not an easy thing there I think.

princess 08-22-2005 07:59 AM

I think it's adorable. You'll have to post pictures when it's all furnished.. ;)

blazi 08-22-2005 07:59 AM

I have full residents rights as well.

The paperwork is easy if you know what you're doing and have a lawyer. We bought the house in a few weeks and that was easy, except the buyer wanted cash and I was wandering around with $50K in my pocket. :Oh crap

Not a problem for us. We've been here over 6 years and got a good banking record.

Nice little place Paul. I'd love to own a small residence there as well. Prague is still my favorite city. Been there couple times now and will go back for a couple days again this year.

There will be lots of pictures shot there soon, with naked girls in the fore ground.

I figured you do, just in some countries you also need citizenship when buying property, otherwise you'll drown in paperwork.

Renting the apartment is possible, $50 a night should see you right.

Additional charge to watch me shoot is $500 a day.

That was the final payment, the whole price was twice that. But a steal at $100K. It's already worth a lot more.

The guy we bought it from had gambling debts and a ned for immediate cash. Sort of tough for him but no one dragged him to the casino.

Bless you Brother Tuna. I have seen this couch in many of your 'sets' does it have scotch-gard protection?

On a side note have you ever thought about how Satanic Mickey Mouse really is?
