Giant Swordfish...How Much For A 620lb Swordfish?

http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansas...n/12456325.htm

Dude fought and reeled in a 620lb swordfish. Aren't they like $18 per pound? Same with tuna. Dude reeled in a 800+lb tuna the other day.

Ya I saw that on the News... Looked insane

KMR Stitch 08-24-2005 07:32 PM

a lot of people are mistaken..

A Sowardfish that 620lbs could be worth 5.00 could be worth 10.00 it depends of the quality of the product.

Some cheif was trying to explain there is something called sushi grade tuna or regular tuna. Sushi grade is like 80.00 per pound where as regular tuna is 1.00 a lb wholesale

Big mofo, seen it earlier.

still not bad $1200+ per fish :) Would be a nice job, half a million a year to go fishing , all you have to do is catch one fish a day :)
