Back in the day, he should have been smarter with his content.
If it was such "gold", protect it like it is.
If something was worth so much to sue so many companies over, I'd be protecting it.
Unless his mission was to pull copyright litigation in the long run and abuse the fucked up american legal system.

This guy has been suing right and left for content HE let get out there; however it got out "there" it did. The web's a fucked up place and not that secure. Take the risks, take the chances, try your best to secure your proprietary property. But don't start suing years and years after the fact.

perfect 10 are very sue happy. they tried to sue me back in the day but i never had a single picture of theirs on any of my sites. they just assumed because i ran celebrity sites that i must be using their content. they're idiots and money hungry.
