Starburst covering the bits...

I see in a lot of sites people have that pretty stretched out starbust looking thing covering the nips and bits. I need to do that to the image on my biz card.
Anyone got that PS brush for me, please? :helpme

Man now that really sucks. just make a new layer, use the brush tool I think number 47 or 50 in the menu, and it starburst
