These fuckers (after experiencing frequent "intermittent problems", and me deciding to transfer my domains away from them) have decided to kill my domains and "lock" at least one of them to prevent the transfer.

Their office hours aren't exactly suitable for me ringing from Australia, and all of the emails on their site will not respond (after 48 hrs).

Does anyone know an email address there that will respond?

Yeah, yeah, I know this will please those that say "you get what u pay for". Still sux, tho...:ak47:

Hrmm, did the same to me. Their service was trashy and I moved all of my domains, but they blocked my best (fuckyoubitch.com) and holded it back, denying the transfers (contacts were exactly the same.) I complained like crazy to my -new- (complaining to stargate wont get you anywhere, they dont give a damn) registrar, saying they have in no way the right to hold back a domain as the losing registrar. They made pressions on stargate who did let it go couple of days after my complaint. Do the same..

I love them, they made me tons of money from their stock, buying it at .49 a share and unloading it above $20 per share.
