setting up an affiliate program!?
hey peeps
the pros of setting up an affiliate scheme is obvious. But what are the cons that i need to look out for?? thanks in advance tony |
The cons would be counting the money that your affiliates are working hard to earn you and themselves :)
|
Stress is one of them.

just be ready ... it's a 24 hour a day job ... I've never worked harder in my life to get mobbucks rollin ... Customer service and building custom material for people can take lots of time ... just be sure your up for the challenge and good luck ... :thumbsup

Just start out small, minimize the drama. Use CCBill's in-house kiddie system while building out your galleries, promo gear, tours, etc. Get feedback from the small numbers of affiliates you'll have initially, make changes, etc.
It's all hard work, but lately a few affiliate programs started out trying to be NastyDollars out of the gate, and it overwhelmed them. One brick at a time, and research research research. |
thanks for all the replies guys. dont mind a bit of stress if theres reward!
