The election was in Nov 2004 not in Nov 2005. No way Bush gets re-elected if the elcection was THIS year.

Well that's just sad if he woud have only made a effort to help New Orleans just to get votes.

Its his bread and butter. Down South. He would have acted differently for sure. He would have drove through New Orleans in the Pope Mobile.
