Its Broken already, now the phone doesn't know its closed, so no caller ID on the outside, no backlight when i open it. Thank god I got the insurance. t-mobile to their credit basically decided in 5 minutes to give me a new one no questions asked. :thumbsup

Other than that problem how sturdy is it? Glad you got a new one

For the past week and a half my razr has droppe calls one minute into the call with full bars and half the time fails when trying to receive calls or dial numbers. I bought it in May.

Cingular is overnighting a new one to me Monday :)

it has to be babied. From the other razr fans I know its very sensitive to being dropped and can easily make some things crap out inside from just one fall

i've heard/read about so many problems with those phones, i'm not even going to get one.

just an overhyped and overpriced piece of shit

i really love the E398 model of motorola coz it is shock proft.. and it has good camera too and additional memory for more pictures.

i drop my phone many times but she is still kicking and no mulfuctioning problem..

never had a problem with it... have it already since it came out
