I cant see how its even effective, they are pretty much all the same messages or are full of bad grammar, do they actually convert well? think about all the little kids and shit who get them

ICQ spamming is equal to targeting children when you consider that 25% of ICQ users are under age anyone who uses this type or spamming just doesnt give a shit if kids get it as long as they make a buck

Exactly man! I was at the library a few months ago and saw some kid checking his email and BOOM, porn was jumping up like crazy... His mom was yelling at him to close it..... He was probably 6...... Like that shits brutal, Icq is worse!
