You have to give us more info.. What will the card be used for? Do you need outputs for two monitors etc..
If you'll use it for graphics and 2d enviroment, go for Ati Radeon (7500, 8500) or Matrox, and if you'll be playing games get some Nvidia chip based card (aka GeForce :))..
