any update from people that use them? or do they still come back as NSF?

I'm still waiting for a couple to come back from the bank. On CC's instructions I sent them back to the bank to be told that they wouldn't accept them as they had alreaduy bounced SEVERAL times. Having a US account means 7 days each time they have to go to the bank or come back. What's really fucked up is that CC will not issue new cheques until I return the bounced ones to them. How fucked up is that???? They cost me (and many others) time and money by issuing rubber cheques then will take little or no responsibility on sorting the mess out. It would be fairly easy for them to stop the cheques and simply issue new ones.
Still, I learnt my lesson a while ago with them and dropped them. Just need to sort these out.

I read PK's interview recently where a question about CC was asked. All I can say is that she obviously gets far better treatment than most others. It seems they like the big $$$'s she brings in and wont piss her off. Shame the same can't be said for eveyone else.

are they paying you back for all the return check fees your bank charges you??
