The new version of morpheus is fucked up ! I need my musich during my work !:mad:

its because kazaa released a new version and morhpeus is just a rip off of that so mondays morpheus will be compatible again.

yep exactly, funny how not many people know about kazaa but everyone knows of morpheus... My kazaa is fucked up though too, with this stupid update they force us to download

I've also got KaZaa but all th files I try to download keep failing it's driving me nuts !

Me, I think I was at 65 gig last check. Full cds. Didnt buy a one. I listen to obscure bad music so its not so easy for me to find it. I cant imagine ever buying music again if you like typical top 40 mtv bands type shit, that crap is everywhere.

I know people with hundred of gigs. I think 65 gig is average for a music junky.

its back up, they released new software yesterday. Why dont use kazaa its much bether anyway.

That is why I use Morpheus ... it is the only one that comes right out and makes it part of its pitch, that it is SPYWARE FREE !!

Well the thing is that I've bought MANY cds after listening to a song over and over again after downloading it and also checking out some other tunes by the band.

A majority of the songs that I have on Morpheus are single songs of bands that I'd never be caught dead buying that happen to have one or two good tunes out, something old that I used to have on cassette a long time ago, or it's music that I'm checking out to see if it's any good. I'll hear a song on the radio or MTVX and download that, along with a couple others.

There's NEVER been a time that I downloaded an entire album and burnt it to put in my collection. If I like it enough, I have to buy it.

Just use Kazaa. They are far more quicker concerning their updates.

I just downloaded the new Morpheus preview version (with Gnutella sourcecode) ... not overly impressed

too many failed attempts, and I have not downloaded ANYTHING at speeds greater than 5k yet :( .... I think I am going back to AUDIO GALAXY ... as long as you are not technically illiterate, it is still the best way to get mp3s IMHO ...

I agree with -=HUNGRYMAN=- AUDIO GALAXY is the shit - brings up tons more results then any of those others....i've tried them all...i still use bearshare for non-mp3 files tho!
