i would do percentage. the rakes add up. i had someone sign up 3 mo ago and finally just stated to play and he plays alot now (must have got devorced)

i would recommend you use casinoblasters (goldenpalace) up to 300$ per signup

partypoker converts better though because it's a well-known name...
