Why would you cap it only at 10Megabits? A hosted gal server can handle 85Megs(100 if you dont mind some slow speeds)

Get your host to remove the cap. Your gals gonna be loading so slow at the moment hehe!

Get them to bill you for the average, not the cap ;)
