Nothing new in that CC! Tho they "appear" to be claiming a TOS violation - whether it is may be another matter.

Bottom line 2CO have the same attitude as iBill and the same level of competence. They have "taken" loads of people for mugs for a good few years now and totally incapable of checking out anything beyond the time of day.

I am taking them to court over this matter they will lose.. We have already been investigated by the FBI and FDA so we have nothing to hide or lose!

You deserve to be shut down. You run your business off of misleading the buyer.

Hopefully 2checkout.com gives you your $3,000 and takes away their processing.

a wish for anonymity is not a bad thing. Not everyone can afford to have the world know they are pushing porn. Some of us live in communities, neighborhoods, and work other jobs that would not put up with such a thing. I would take them to court, but make sure the wording on the TOS wouldn't hold up when you are selling "Growth Hormone"

When you applied for the account it clearly states that you are not allowed to use 2co to sell certain items, you sold those items, you were terminated.
