Who else has all the time problems with login to the CCBill stats?
I get totally crazy of it :mad:

It did happen to me if I tried to log-in to more than 1 of my accounts straight after another one. It hasn't happened for a while.

that sucks man, I haven't encountered that problem yet.

I have only ever see that if i got the pass wrong and i was not using roborm, so I can only say one thing, ROBOFORM..

if you try to access stats too much it happens, goes away in like an hour.

these sort of issues also may occur if the stats-grabbing software you use attempts to continuously log into our admin with an incorrect user/pass for the account

I have already explained that this is not the case.
I have only 1 account which gets updated is SR every 2 hours. That isn't much at all.

Yeah maybe I keep bothering you, but I really have a problem with your software. 400 accounts and not being able to work in a normal way. Everyday again I get frustrated because of it ! :mad: :mad:

Exact same here - well I don't have 400 accounts and I check every hour but; yes seems now like it must be an issue with Stats Remote and ccbill ...

I had no problems with this until about a month ago and since then
it has been occuring regularly.

Ok, I think and hope that I have finally found a solution:

changing my password !

I didn't change my password since the start. It seems like that some of the programs I have joined in CCBill are hitting my main account to import data into their affiliate stats. Therefore my main account is hit twice at the same time from different IP's and gets locked.

Did what you said and I still get it all them time. I can check stats once a day if I am lucky :thumbsup

Oh that sucks for you. I had that problem for at least one year and it drove me mad everyday. So far my solution did work. I hope it stays this way. Nevertheless I still think that CCBill has to improve their software. Other processors like Paycom simply let you check multiple accounts at once without getting those IP-blocks

I did not promote any ccbill sites for a year because of stuff like this then when I finally did. This is what I get every day. Support seems to think this is not an issue. I guess I will be removing all my ccbill links this is complete and total crap! I know they don't care. Sucks cause I like promoting some of the programs but, if I can't even check stats :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

And I am not calling everyday to get this ip lock removed I have better things to do with my time than hope that your software works :mad:
