? A caller from the 200 block of Hazel Drive reported at 10:42 p.m. that a black Labrador Retriever was walking down the street with a bottle of vodka and a vibrator around its neck. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

I saw it humping my pink elephant over on 11th and Main about 15 minutes ago.
