So he made it. Damn, a 50 yarder too.

Can't really say "lucky bastard" though, the dude probably practiced for weeks. Former soccer player too, had to have been some talent there for a 50 yarder.

practice, practice and practice! ;)

Doctor Dre 10-27-2005 07:41 PM

Winnings aren't taxed in Canada.

buh-bye.

NoWhErE 10-27-2005 09:35 PM

Really? Then how come the wallet inspector approached me as I left the Casino with my 10 000$ in winnings last night? He said there was a 75% tax on all winnings!

I think you guys are out of your minds. Winnings can be taxed in Canada, I'm sure of it! The Wallet Inspector wouldn't lie!

TheDatingNetworkCameron 10-27-2005 10:05 PM

I was at the game to see it. It was one hell of a kick. Half the kickers in the CFL couldn't of hit it.

miss wild 10-28-2005 05:57 AM

DeadFidel 10-28-2005 06:49 AM

I honestly don't know why they tax lotto winnings in the US. It sort of takes away from the whole "you're a winner" idea. Hey you just won a million bucks, now give us 50% or we'll put you in prison!

xclusive 10-28-2005 06:58 AM

that's awesome lucky guy

Speaking of that, ol' Richard Hatch - the winner of the 1st Survivor, got himself into some hot water because he failed to declare his million dollar win and pay the US government their share.

How the US government figures they deserve a share of someone's winnings is beyond me as well. Total bullshit, but what can ya do? (beside live in Canada)

:D

Vitasoy 10-28-2005 08:44 AM

What a lucky bastard.. but he was a former soccer player. So he had the legs to do it
