SEO Question : Release all new content at once, or daily...

Say for example you have 50 new pages of unique content... would it be best to introduce those pages on your site all at once, or maybe a couple a day?

Reason I ask is because I've heard the more you update your site, the better...

But then again I guess it's logical that since it's the same amount of content, then there really shouldn't be much of a difference...
