Can we ban "the poor" from voting?
 

If we write it really nice in the charter, can we ban them from voting? We will make it sound like it's in their best interests.... or is that undemocratic?

Isnt already prisoners banned from voting in some of your states (or all)?

I think that is pretty fucked up definition of democracy, because they have no chance to vote and change the system that in first place brought them into that situation. Not saying its all systems fault, but if you look at the close race in the past, those votes could change the result, and finally help some potential criminals in right direction (Bush make everyone criminal :( )

who needs to ban anyone...just control the counting process and you can just delete all the votes you dont need..or keep it really close to fuck with people

Look at the big picture and make a distinction between justice and revenge.

If you're in jail, your kid is out there and on the edge of becoming criminal because there are no functioning systems to deal with it... why should you not have the opportunity to vote on politicians that want to do something about it, so he don't end up like you?
Taking away that right, just make the cycle worse and you end up with lots of criminals and people in jail...which again cost more taxes.
