What is the most boring webmaster task?
 

Every day I swear that I find a new task I want to dub as "most boring task". From submitting, to editing pictures, to linking up sites... its all boring. The only fun thing I'm taking from this "job" is totaling up my checks every month. I did that last night and I had a blast, haha.

Which task do you dread the most?

Definitely signing the checks.

thumbnails or slicing up videos...fuck that after you've gone through 2 scenes and have 100 more to do.

submitting.

doing thumbs sucks after like 10 minutes

advertising and promotion - boring, repetitive and seemingly fruitless at times.

You don't really have to do that ...

Reviewing logfiles before deleting them. But, now and then, it gets real interesting.

for me it is submitting right now, or cropping thumbs for galleries and putting a gallery together. Just boring because I do it everyday.

Spend $10 on a rubber stamp... it makes it fun again.

Doing webmaster payments, it sucks. Not because I have to pay my wonderful affiliates, but because that is the most boring, monotonous task. Ever.

Finding good methods of outsourcing.

Finding and loading keywords for pagemakers. Very boring. Those title tags for SEO would make anyone go nuts. Thank heavens for cheap ass foreign labor.

In all honesty I wouldn't say anything is terribly boring. I can think of hundreds more jobs worse than mine. I enjoy my work, its easy and doesn't take me long.

I hate it all, why do I do this again? ;)
