What are the fees for receiving payments ? and how much for transactions with the card ?

receiving payments is free (sender pays 25 cents to send).. not sure about card transactions...

payments with virtual cards are free, ATM cash withdrawal cost $2.
ATM card cost $35, but Adult Webmaster Empire can open an epassporte account with ATM card for free.

The fees are:
$5 per year for the virtual account.
$35 per year for ATM card (needed to withdraw cash if you are outside the US).
$5 per $100 you load your account with so if you want to put $200 in your account it will cost $10.
$2 per withdrawl from ATM or to bank account (US ONLY)
$.25 per transfer to other personal accounts for the first 5 daily after that its $1
