Can most customers play .mov files? (Quicktime)
Can they? It uses the same player as when mpg files are used right? Im asking this because Im on a mac so its a little harder for me to find this stuff out.
Thanks So do both these clips play for you? http://www.thiswillshockyou.com/Nice_boobs.mov and http://www.thiswillshockyou.com/Nice_boobs.mpg |
Most can, almost all hate it. Hell, I even hate QT on my mac.
They play for me but I don't know about most. .MOV seems like a pain in the ass sometimes..
As a windows user I always go for the wmv over a mov when I see both listed. Always. We can only play mov files if QT is preinstalled on our computers. I always install it, so can't remember if my puters came with it preinstalled or not.
I don't think those play for most people......
No, they do not play in Windows Media Player and if a site only offered .mov as an option I would ask for my money back.
nope, gotta download quicktime if you want to play .mov
(or use an alternate media player...) they don't play on windows by default, and even though I can play them, whenever I see them, I take the alternate UNLESS it's .mpg... (mpg is too low quality, and too bulky)... first preference is avi, then wmv.. |
Which format do you use to protect your video content? Quicktime is way too easy to copy.
plain an simple, .mov file wont play on windows without quicktime player so they gotta download one...
i hate fucking quicktime...
