Coming to Prague in January, I need an assiatant for Photos and Video with equipment
 

I will be invading Czech in January after AVN , coming out there with Nautica Thorn and looking for someone who can assist with video and photography while Im out there. I want someone who has thier own equipment, studio flashes, video lights etc. Even thier own cameras. Studio space is a bonus . Please be ready to show samples of your work and have any references if possible. Pay will be made in cash

Can you afford me?

You can hire me, Eva and our studio staff (two girls one who is trained as a make up artist) our equipment and contact with our models for $1500 a day. This should be easily affordable for a guy with a successful content site like yours. Especially when you consider we can shoot magazine sets as well as Internet sets. A much better return.

However if you're looking to pay less think about what you will get. Some guy who isn't worth that money and very unlikely to have the equipment you need and definitely not the studio.

I dont need a whole staff. I guy with lighting gear, strobes and vid lights. I already have all girls lined up. Basically I dont wanna lug all my lights out there

a In N Out burger sounds great. I'll have a double double with some fries.

Having the staff speeds things up without cutting corners on quality, one person is setting the lights a very important thing I see from your site, building the next set, while another shoots. If you have two girls you can shoot both solo at the same time in different parts of the studio.

Of course if you can't afford the extras and just want me, my equipment and studio let's say $1200 a day. Of course if you can't afford that good luck finding all these things. but with me shooting instaed of who ever is shooting for you your sales will go through the roof.

I shoot for magazines on a constant basis, about 100 sets a year that sell for up to $5,000. Tell me the other content provider doing the same.

Proud of what I've achieved over the last quarter of a century? Yes of this I'm guilty.

But I also always point out that a lot of my success is due to Eva. The last eight years has been a roller coaster ride.

generallyl the content producers for internet only are mostly short on real talent.

if one is looking for "amateur style" content then that's what you can get from just about 98% of the guys that sell content (for the web.)

IMO the next big phase in web erotica will be when the really pro producers start producing for the internet (instead of the retail DVD market).

high speed is becoming more commonplace, and because of that surfers are requiring more and more sophisticated and high quality content.

there really is no substitution for artistic talent, you either have the eye, or you don't---it's just that the speed did not support artistic talent---but it's coming and fast...and it will be a whole new ball game when it is widespread.

The surfer is getting more educated by the day and once he's joined a Hustler, Score or Private type site he's not going to be happy with what some offer. Would you be happy to go from driving a Saab to driving a Lada?

These guys have years of experience, talent and deep pockets. They also have 1,000s of gigs of content that few Internet sites can compete with. Did I say only 1,000s? Where are all the Gonzo sites going to be when they are competing with the Evil Angel studio?

But it's not just the quality of photography that matters, it's as you point out the eye and the most important thing is how the shooter motivates and relates to the model. This is the most imprtant thing in porn.

It's nice to see me being shot down for being arrogant for what Eva and I have achieved. But show me one of these companies shooting solo girl sets that make $3,000 on a regular basis.

And remember the surfer does not give a shit if I'm your best buddy or an arrogant shit. The top companies have learnt that and buy on the porn quality.

This thread is funny. One content producer posts a very nice and polite thread that he needs an assistant and all the other content providers start cyring like little babies. Why are all of you all so compeititve? Is business really that bad for you guys? Why don't you just take care of your own business and stop looking at your competition all the time? If AMA wants to go to Europe to shoot and needs an assistant great. If Paul has on idea where to go in this business today then help him out. Max Candy is the greatest content provider in the world but he posts here in GFY all day long.
