I just want to know your opinion about what you would do if someone owes you $38.000 and located in Romania?

Use a legal collecting service ?
Make a reward on this persons head ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to know the same for someone located in corona, new york. Anyone in looking to collect can icq me if interested in a good cut. Pretty easy job since the moneys there

If the guy owes $38,000 I doubt a collection agencies call or letter will change his mind.

I have been looking into this some time ago and am still looking. A collection agency doesn't always have success, so make sure you pay a %% upon collection. There are collection LAWYERS too, that actually go to court to collect the money (opposed to normal collection agencies), but if they collect about 50% of the accounts, they're extremely happy. 38,000 is an awful lot of money and I think that people will collect it for 30% or less, too.
