Shared domain contract - got one ?
 

Tried google but I can't seem to find a simple sample contract for two guys owning 50% each of a domain ?

Anybody got such a contract ?

This sounds a little odd.

When more than one person will be owning a business asset together the last thing you should do is a simple contract. You should have a very well structured full joint venture / partnership agreement that covers everything possible.

Look for some kind of information about joint ownership of intellectual property, perhaps.
