Good source for trading cards?
The muchkin has about 50 rookie cards on his Christmas list. I really don't want to go through ebay and have to deal with seperate shipping, etc. I have no experience in buying these things. Does anyone have a good source for football cards?

Buy him a couple boxes
http://www.bruceharris.com/ http://www.championcard.com/ http://www.dacardworld.com/ Keep in mind the cheaper boxes give him less odds of anything good. A $70-120 box should be pretty good. |
Your local comic book or hobby store most often will have a good supply of such cards, odds are it is the same one your bf goes to or spends time in anyways.

local card shops you will pay alot more then online. As far as singles go, it is going to be pretty hard to find them all from 1 seller. I like dacardworld.com for any boxes and supplies etc. They might have some singles also. Even though you don't want too, ebay is going to be best bet for single cards.

I don't have a local hobby store, or a boyfriend. :winkwink:
I will look at the sites you guys gave. May just have to bite it and do ebay, if that is turns out to be the best way for single cards. Appreciate the input! :) |

There are some big ass card dealers that would have singles of everything but depending on what he's picked out you could be looking at spending $50 up to $50,000. :1orglaugh |

Looking at spending and spending are two different things. :winkwink: Santa only goes so far. I'm prepared for more than $50 and less than $50,000. :D |
Contact a local guy and try to have him find them for you?
