Sweetmoney - why is jimmypl getting credit for my traffic (shaving?)
 

I was just changing some banners around on one of my sites and click thru to a peelover linking code from sweetmoney.

I was suprised to see that my code was not in place. I initially thought that I had spyware on my comp. Did a scan and it came back clean. I had someone on linux check as well and recieved the altered linking code as well.

It may take a bunch of reloads but the link code definatley changes from mine to another webmaster.

My guess is someone (an affiliate) "hacked" their server and put in a script.

No fucking way they they do this on purpose. If they wanted to shave they could do it 1000 other ways and noone would notice.

You notice a problem with your sponsor you contact them. See them as your partner.

Its obvious its a problem not caused by themself. Why not contact them as quick as possible instead. Don't tell me it goes quicker to solve it this way compared to a phonecall.
