Traffic hijacked off google
 

Something I noticed something on this page.

The 5th result gives this below. Granted, when clicked it goes to my site, but I think they filter and send traffic to themselves.

Very common hijack technique and you would have to see the cloaked pages they are using to see how they are setting sponsor cookies and how they redirect other traffic(usually geo filtered)

ok, i did some investigating.. if you understand headers and such, read the snippet below. if not, skip to the bottom for a summary.
Explanation:

1) This guy has cloaking going on www.theuncensored.com-adultsite.com. He's showing spiderbait to Google, and then forwarding regular traffic off to a ccbill ref link.

2) The ccbill link sets a cookie and then forwards us off to www.collegeexposed.com.

3) www.collegeexposed.com then forwards us to www.theuncensored.com.

This is especially damaging to theuncensored.com for a few reasons.

A) He's probably using theuncensored.com content in his spiderbait for com-adultsite.com, which we can't see - because he prevents Google from caching his pages to prevent being caught cloaking. This will cause duplicate content issues in Google and may penalize both sites in the rankings.

B) Check out http://www.google.com/search?q=site%...sored.c om%22.
I know that collegeexposed.com is also your site, but you need to do something about the duplicate content issues on there. Hit me up on ICQ and I'll explain in more depth.

This guy is doing it well - he is setting a nocache for Google so they dont keep a copy of the cloaked page - although its pretty easy to use firefox and set your UA to google and you can see it or use the link in the previous post - it shows the cloak page pretty easily and its a standard keyword spam cloak

as far as other sites - he has around 300 sites he's doing this to:

which is actually small potatoes except that he's doing it alot better than most do

Joe... you are absolutely correct... I have seen this going on for months. Not only that but you can query the same keys on "google" and get different results time after time.

Google is no doubt filtering traffic to go where they want it to for the betterment of "google adwords".... no trying to thread jack, but that's why I'm using AdBrite adwords and making a killing.....
Anyone interested should check it out... it allows adult unlike the homos at google.

He didn't fuck me over, it's just a ripoff to use them. I can sell my own ad space, I don't have to give anyone a commission, and I don't have to wait months to get paid. As for Pud, I'm tired of the spam his sales people keep sending me. I've already told them THREE times to stop asking me to use their program.
