depends on what you are using it for. I like PC. I just got a sweet new Alienware Sienta. Good luck on whatever you get. You will get a lot of good opinions on here ;)

I just bought a new laptop about a week ago, its the HP Pavilion Notebook ZD8205US
17in wide screen, P4 2.8 ghz, 512 meg ram. Really nice lap top. Its is big and bulky, but its just like having a portable desktop. Only $1200 from circuit city.

I got it over something smaller because I wanted to be able to do everything away from home that I can do at home and this thing fit perfectly.

ah good buy my friend, but so some reason i wanna buy a Mac, does anyone here use a Mac and can give it a good rap?

I personally stay away from mac just because I am used to a PC and from what I understand not all software I use runs on mac's.
SO before getting one, make sure everything you have will run on a mac
