Contacting CCBill
 

Any idea how I can get CCBill to respond to correspondence?

I'm trying to get my payments changed from check to wire, but despite sending the form a few times, no response. I email them to see if the forms have been been received, no response.

I've emailed them about other issues in the past as well and never got a reply :Oh crap

They seem to have chicken flu at the moment. :(

You can usually find one of them on icq. Or try giving them a call.

I always call them on the phone and have never had a problem getting through. You have a phone right?

They usually respond to that one pretty fast!

They have this new thing called a phone. I know. It's spelled funny, but it lets you talk to someone all the way across town with out yelling.

Maybe it's just me, but when their website says 'Please E-mail: [email protected] for assistance with CCBill subscription services and technical support.' it's not entirely unreasonable to expect they might reply...

But never mind. I did call and everything is sorted.
