I kind of wonder how well sites would convert on that traffic if it was marketed right.

Obviously its worthless as far as most standard sponsors go that are on most TGP's, but I get the feeling the internet is a very new item in most of china. Maybe Chinese Internet 2005 = western Internet 1995?

If the price is right & the billing system is appropriate there's probably tons of chinese new to the web that might be willing to pay a small amount for access to something.

Beats the hell out of letting it screw up your traffic trades anyway.
