MARKETING COORDINATOR

High-Performance Marketing Coordinator sought for established Adult Entertainment company in Los Angeles. Having had extensive film, music, or general entertainment industry experience you will be capable of initiating, coordinating, and reporting on both grassroots and national-level promotions both on-line and off-line.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to ?

Writing and releasing press releases as necessary to both industry publications and mainstream services

Establishing short-term and long-term marketing projects for firm within budget

Creating and maintaining regional, and then national, street team presence either in-house or through outside services or a combination of both

Coordinating company efforts for industry tradeshows and conventions

Interacting with Web Marketing Director in maintaining web presence

Seeking and acquiring new marketing opportunities for brand on-line and off-line

Suggesting ideas for new promotional materials and leading the efforts in design and creation of such.

Liaising with outside PR efforts when required.

Position reports directly to Senior Director of Operations.

Please submit cover letter, resume, at least three references and be prepared to bring forth (if interviewed) examples of marketing initiatives that you may have been involved with in the past such as proposals, collaterals/swag, news clippings, general measures of past success and other physical examples of your work.

Must be detailed, disciplined, good team worker, self-motivated and never short on ideas and ability to execute. You come well equipped with your own contacts and leads. Must have a Bachelor?s Degree and very comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and have some database and Photoshop skills as well.

Compensation is dependant upon experience, benefits include fully paid company health benefits, employer-matched 401(k), and paid time-off all after 90 day probationary period.
