Yes, I'm listed on the contract as the second buyer, but Belinda signed papers on her own house today. Escrow will close in just a few days.

I'm very proud of her.

If I count this as my house too, I now own two. But I'll have to tell you that the first house I ever owned was nowhere near as nice as this and I was nowhere near as young as Belinda when I bought it.

I agree... that is one of the plans that I have for this house. Stainless steel is MUCH nicer.

Stainless looks awesome when it's 100% spotless but to keep it that way you'll be wiping it 24/7....every single finger print shows up on that shit and makes it look like crap.

A beautiful house filled with beautiful women, making you money until you flip it for a profit. Sounds like an excellent business plan :winkwink:
