It happened to me although not in those exact words but close enough. Life sucks. I feel like shit and I can hardly function

Yeah when I was 18 I was on vaccation and met a girl, we went out a couple of times when we were back from Greece. Then at a walk by night I said I love her and she said she does not love me too.
I don't say these magic words anymore until I really mean it in that moment.

Thats funny. It makes me feel a little better

Couple of days ago actually.

She said she wasn't ready and wanted to finish middle school first.

The crazy thing is the chick has 3 kids and we have nothing really in common but thats just the way I feel. I can't help it. I was almost crying today because she was let go from where we work and I probably will never see her again. We have still been kind of flirting and I guess I thought there might still be a chance. I don't think she really knows how serious I am. I was going to get a star named after her and then see how she feels because I think I waited to long to tell her and she got involved with someone else

I dont drop the L-bomb anymore. Saves you a lot of headaches in the future :)

But when you have a feeling that is like 10 times stronger than you have ever felt before, what do you do ? Wouldn't you feel like a coward if you didn't say something ? I bought her a red rose but she didn't pick up on what it meant so I had to tell her.

I don't think it is. I'm pretty in touch with my feelings, more so than most people. I knew I was in love about 2 weeks after we met but I waited for almost 3 months before I said anything. :( By that time she was already dating someone else. We had some energy going when we first started talking but I just didn't say anything and now it is all fucked up
