Have you chased up your ibill affiliate payouts?

For some reason as of around December 2004 ibill changed to sending affiliate payouts to program webmasters, rather than to the affiliates themselves. How many of you have asked the program webmasters for your cash? How many program webmasters have actually OFFERED to pay you without asking?

I just found out that I'm owed around $1k from rebills and some residual sales from old links on one account since Dec 2004. Still got 3 more to check, once I figure out the names and passwords...

rowan 11-28-2005 11:41 AM

153,475 hits to my ibill revsharer account in the past 12 months - I think I need to try harder to find and change some old links!!!!

Its not that simple.

Last fall iBill entered in to settlement negotiations with some of the webmasters (primary acct holders) and worked out a 3-part payment schedule with them. Only the first installment of those have been paid out thus far.

To my understanding, this settlement agreement didn't include affiliate revenues.

When we initially brought this to iBill's attention, they at first claimed it DID include affiliate revenues. But when we went over the stats and figures, we determined it definitely didn't (at least not in our particular case). iBill has also openly admitted to us now that they owe us the full amount of the affiliate revenues in back payments - since they weren't paid to the primary account holders.

Seems like there's a lot of buck passing. Ibill clearly said to contact the program webmasters to disburse payment, but of course they neglected to mention that they have probably not been paid in full. I guess they want the program webmasters to extend us credit?

Regardless of past payment problems I can see current sales and rebills which I am NOT being paid for...

Usa

This is so typical of Iball's trying to shift blame to others......
Our particular program warned our affiliates 18 months before Iballs imploded to switch to CCbill or Epoch affiliate programs on our busty-bucks.com site. We removed all links to Iball's from all sites including the affiliate site and webmasters who took note of our warning switch way before they could lose any money. The few who didn't we paid out of our own pockets. So if Iball's ever pay out monies due before Sept 2004 it should all come to us. We know of other sponsors who did the same thing and paid out affiliates even though Iball's has never paid them.

Iball's are masters of dis information, nothing they say can be believed, no one ( read sponsors ) has yet posted to confirm full payment of monies due before Sept 2004 including hold back etc. So again this is Iball's just passing the buck and trying to take the heat off the fact they are going down the shitter big time !

Are program masters being paid for CURRENT sales? Most of what I'm owed as an affiliate are post-December 2004 initial sales, plus some rebills.

yep they were paid your past due monies and are still being paid on your current sales / rebills. You can log into your revshare area and see the stats.

I'm amazed no one has made a big deal about this since thousands of affiliates were never paid while the program owners collected their money. Well part of the money but still..

slapass 11-29-2005 06:36 AM

I icq'd this to the program that owed me some back cash. Maybe he can shed some light on what iBill did with them.

If you know this for a fact why not post the names of the program owner's who Iball's have paid all the pre Sept 2004 monies owed. I for one would love to see this huge list ?

I don't know everyones specific deal but when they offered everyone the settlement last year, we took it and now all of the revshare monies are included in our master account. I assume this is the same for most others unless they negotiated another deal.

Have you logged into any of your old revshare accounts? They should all still be active and showing current transactions.

iBill ***PAID IN FULL!!!***

After 15 months - we wanted to announce to the GFY community that our Kastle Archives Productions company has finally been paid IN FULL by iBill - for all revenues owing...dating back in Sept/'04! :) :)

You heard right! The cheque arrived in the mail just this morning! To say I'm stunned and amazed is to put it mildly.

Our thanks and gratitude to iBill rep Tom Catterson for following through for us and successfully settling the account to our satisfaction.

Primarily I'm posting this message to everyone to pass along some hope for those of you still owed back revenues from iBill. They've now demonstrated to us that they're attempting to turn things around and make financial restitution on their debts. Its unfortunate that it had to take 15 months, countless phone calls and emails...and a littany of negative public postings to accomplish this - but at this stage we can at least say - better late than never.

To all our fellow colleagues in the industry - keep up the faith. I'm NOT an iBill employee or shill. Just a porn producer and webmaster like the rest of ya's. And as far as iBill's concerned...we're now settled up!

Thanks and gratitude to these scumbags who stole your money and refused to pay it back until this year? You sir forgive way too easily. There are hundreds if not thousands of others who have still not been what they are due.

ibill are a bunch of lying theiving crooks.

Thanks and gratitude aren't the same as forgiveness. Big difference, in fact.
