How about little mp3 players? they're pretty cheap these days

CD's, lube, :winkwink: tickets to concerts/sporting events, fleshlight

Ipod, candy, "nookie books" (those little sexual favor coupon books), cash, small bottles of alcohol, cologne, matchbox cars (don't laugh, there are some guys who love them), jewelry, gift certificates

Razor blades, playing cards, batteries, lottery tickets, gift certificates? :) You're on your own for personal items.
