Our batch for ePass was sent to them early today.

The hold up is on their side.

We have tried contacting them but no response.

Everything else (checks,wires) went out like clockwork :pimp

I fully agree.

After the batch is sent from us to them, there is not much more we can do.

It goes into a queue and they process the payouts.

My guess is Thanksgiving has put them a day back.

One thing I find a little odd is that the day is not yet complete and people are posting already :) Just shows how timely our payouts have always been :pimp
