Mouthwash BEFORE or AFTER you brush?
 

I never could figure this one out...

After you brush.

After of course, it gets the stuff that is floating around out. :upsidedow

but what about the ones that claim it loostens plaque, that would mean before right?

After, and be sure to scrape all the gunk off your tongue.

Duh!after, of course...

Loosen with the mouthwash rinse, then hit 'em with flouride and a scrub.

That's my approach.

my fiancee is anal-retentive about brushing (go figure im marrying a dental hygienist).... she's always bitching at me to use it after i brush... so im going with that i suppose :2 cents:

I like mine before.

I use Listerine whitening and use it before brushing

I use it after I brush.

It doesnt matter as long as you swallow it. :)

My dentist said that using it while you brush is a great way to go.... apparently it gets into the gums :2 cents:

Maybe you guys should check out cumbrushers.com one of the 10 sites offered by Incredibledollars.com All the girls brush their teeth with cum and swallow. Should be 10% up and running in a day or 2!
