How can I repair errors, bugs and spyware on IE?

I need some IE fixer...
i tried all spyware program etc
ms antispyware
mcafee antispyware
spybot search & destroy
ad-aware
but i still have a popup every time i start IE...also it freezes often what can I do please help....
