Well these are pretty common problems he describes. They should have at least done some advanced testing....

wow, first person i've seen that has major probs with it so far. What OS are you on? oh and you say "Fuck FireFox 1.5" but you said you've installed 1.0.7 ...is that a typo? I know for sure that 1.0.7 has had probs with various OS'

Nookster 12-02-2005 03:23 AM

i mean hell...you can always go back to IE ...roflmFao :1orglaugh

DutchTeenCash 12-02-2005 03:28 AM

1.07 hasnt got the timeouts that are damn annoying and whats even more annoying is the download, 1.5 has that, the US version im not talking any other language.

Pornstar : click on a download link and save it, does it save the original name or a weird system bin name? Cause ive seen that on more computers. Dont save it in the regular path, do save as then save it in another path.

DutchTeenCash 12-02-2005 03:29 AM

Same here :thumbsup

Damian_Maxcash 12-02-2005 10:41 AM

I havnt had those problems but Im oing back to 1.0.7 as well.

Mine opens pop-ups (the good kind) at 50% width. If they are not resizable then I cant see shit.

Marshal 12-02-2005 10:43 AM

i preffer FireFox v1.0.7... ;)

Maxy 12-02-2005 10:46 AM

That sucks, mine works fine.

AdPatron 12-02-2005 10:52 AM

I just farted.

KRL 12-02-2005 10:56 AM

I've installed the updates to FF 1.5 and it works fantastic. None of the probs you described. And its way faster than 1.0.7.

Maybe its something on your system and not FF?

I'm extremely picky about programs so if something isn't working I'll be among the first to blast it, and compared to IE, or even Opera, my experience is that Firefox is the superior browser right now.
