What kind of account do I need to accept cash? an ATM card would be nice of course.. what kind of fees are assoicated with it's use

to accept cash from sponsors you need only personal account.

A personal account is fine. The fees to set up the account (unless someone gifts one to you) are $5 for the account, $35 for the Electron card and a minimum of $5 to load onto the card. They charge $5 per year to renew the card.

Sponsors can pay you via ePassporte and it costs you nothing unless they charge you a fee -- ePassporte does not charge you for receiving funds in a personal account. You can pay someone with a personal account and it costs just twenty-five cents for the first 5 transactions.

If you want to load funds to your account to pay someone for something, it can add up as they charge 5% per $100.

You will also get a free Virtual Visa card you can use online to buy whatever you want, if they accept it.

Do I need the ATM card or can I load the funds to my own VISA?

It depends on you needs but if its for person use, receiving money from sponsors, paying for hosting ect. a personal account will do it.

You will need the Electron card to withdraw cash from ATM's or if you are in the US you can withdraw directly to your bank account.
