Mail from US to Canada. Question!

I'm sending a letter from US to Canada.
Can I put regular US stamps on it, or do I need to go to the post office and get "special" stamps?
Thanks!

No, you need to order special stamps that when you lick them they taste like maple syrup, otherwise the Canadian postal service will not accept them

that is not true at all. They accept beer flavoured stamps as well as maple syrup flavoured stamps.

Pass by your local post office and get Canada-US stamps, anything else and you risk getting return mail.

Hey..I heard you are sponsoring tonight?

:winkwink:

they need special "low temperature" stamps
normal stamps will freeze and fall off

make sure to ask for stamps rated to -40°C

also ask if they have snow-proof envelopes

:)

Yeah, but you have to be 21 or older to buy the beer flavored ones in America :winkwink:

you can also use 2x37 stamps, i do that in a pinch sometimes

as long as the total is more than 60 they dont care what types of stamps they are

I would just tape 2 quarters and a dime on the front of the envelope.
