Any of you ever got this after signing up for an affiliate program?
 

The signup page was only to enter a username and email.

It sends me a confirmation email saying this:


Now this is what got me: just send us a mail with your banking data as soon as it's convenient for you.

Not to mention I think the sites are questionable, after I checked out the sites a bit some do look possibly underage even though there are 2257 claiming all are 18 years of age.

Lol. I don't know about the USA, but if I give anyone my banking info, there's jack shit they can do but deposit money there.

What I think is, post the program name.
