For those of you who know about it, I am happy to say that the criminal michief, assault with a deadly weapon, and attemped manslaughter charges against me have been dropped by the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office. I am in the clear! No arrest, incident expunged from records.

For those who don't know , I'll break it down quick (there is much more to it). Girl who works for me and was living with me and my wife has a crackhead buyfriend who was stalking her outside my office (on a main road with lots of witnesses) so I went out there, and pulled him out of his car and he took a little beating with a bat...hey shit happens.

Now, I have some connections with the local PD so a call to a friend of ours had detectives talk to him and When he got out of the hospital he decided not to press charges, so the DA dropped it...yipeeee.

Downside is they confiscated all of my guns and i have a hearing next month to get em back. They told me no problem, just have to go through the motions...

Now here's a word of advice for you kiddies...violence does not pay...unless you fuck with me, then, well, we'll see what happens. And for the record, I do feel bad about the whole thing...NOT :winkwink:

CrackHead people means he turned himself into a living Zombie. Sometimes it seems like you have to goto this extent. The girl is an employee that is in fear because of a stalker. Alot of the times police are powerless untill the Stalker hurts the girl. If that was my sister or friend your dam right I'd be Proactive.

And, Since it is turning into a drama thread. The girl was just out of rehab and this lowlife got her hooked on crack and was using her. He was a scumbag who deserved what he got...

On the other hand, I think more stalker ex-boyfriends (who can't take no for an answer who keep on phoning and stalking and creeping a girl out) should be pulled from their cars and have their heads kicked in. Too often I've seen and heard of this kind of shit being left unchecked, cops saying they can't do anything until he does something, etc.... until the girl is killed, or raped and killed, or beaten and mutilated, or abducted, etc etc etc.

Some insecure fuckhead guys just don't know how to accept rejection and move on, and if that's the case here I applaud Ray on taking action. I can't say with any certainty that I wouldn't do something similar in a situation like that... largely because I fucking hate guys who stalk, abuse, think they can do whatever they want to their ex, etc.

If what you have said about the guy is true, then he deserved what he got. But maybe coming to the people you look to for business, and coming off as a "bragging gangsta" isn't the brightest idea.

Honestly I wish that it was allowed to take the law into your own hands in situations like that.. the stalker laws are ridiculous, most of them require someone to be hurt before thec ops can even step in. Wonder how many murders would be prevented every year if people were allowed to take care of it themselves (within reason of course).

I have to say that this guy was nonstop ...he called 8 times a day ..would sit outside the office .. I spoke with him many times about backing off. The girl would answer the phones and make banners and stuff for us ...I had to answer the phones for over a week because she couldn't. That day I just walked in with coffee about 10am and was about to sit down ... ray said come out side and get my back on this ... I didn't even know why i was going out .. but when hell broke loose I told him to leave ..he said fuck you and got a beat down ..I didn't touch him ( I didn't have to ) but I was pissed that i just wanted my coffee and to wake up .but had to sit with detectives for 4 hours .. :disgust

All in a day at Mobbucks right...lol, sorry about the cold coffee man.

Gotta protect the ones ya' love and care for. My wife went through a stalker situation with her jackass of an ex-husband...so I know the routine. The justice system these days is an ineffectual farce. Sometimes ya' just gotta take matters into yer own hands.

Agreed, my aunt was involved in an accident in NY, because she was speeding away from a stalker, which led to her instantanious death. Police knew about him, she called them almost every day. They couldn't do anything. This was 25 years ago though. I think the laws are "getting better".

This just happed in the North West Valley of Phoenix.
