Teleport Pro - how to get protected ?
 

Hey all,
I just checked my server logs and saw a lot of hits from Teleport Pro. I download the damn program, run it on my sites - and the fucker works ! How can I get protected from the fucking leechers ? I do have .htaccess - mabe its not configured right ?
Can anyone help me out ?

Cirrus, that script works fine when your server get some 5 uniques daily ... otherwise best way to kill it !!!

What if you set the 'Agent Identity' to 'Impersonate Explorer' in the Teleport Options? Will this script still work?

The last way is protect your images with cookies.
I got a combination of .htaccess with cookies and it works! But i'm too lazy to get the code for you :1orglaugh

ps. is't it a paysite? i think letting the members do that will give them pleasure and stay longer!

Trax, wtf are you on about? What the hell does this .htaccess have to do with a database and crashing your server? You gotta quit running websites on that Commodore 64 and upgrade, man.
