CD Replication..Who does this type of work?
 

Looking for someone who is good or knows of someone with experience that can handle a small project like the following:

Make/replicate 50 shrink wrapped CDs with 2 page inserts inside, with front & back cover on jewel case and B&W printing label on CD itself.

Give me an estimate of what you would charge to take on this project.
