First question, do you have a favorite multi-tasking software? I need some software to help me keep track of information. Information about clients, models, shoots, tasks, etc...etc...etc. Any suggestions???

ACT! used to be great for contact management until they quit supporting Mac. It's probably still good for PC users.

I have since started creating my own custom contact databases using FileMaker Pro.

As to question #2, not your best, but not bad.

#1 - Outlook has been very easy for me. I've been using it for a few months now and taught myself just about everything I need to know. Good filing, good email and good organization. :thumbsup

outlook with business contact manager - if you're able to continously enter all information - something i always fail at :1orglaugh
